What an experience! We were treated like family, we miss seeing use everyday haha! I love my new smile! The doctors are very professional and experienced. The assistants are very kind and attentive. Everyone at the clinic speaks perfect English. I was initially made hip to this clinic through an extensive bout of research on YouTube and Google. I was drawn towards the quality of their work and marketing content, but what solidified my decision was the outstanding attention to detail their patient coordinator exhibited during my initial conversations on WhatsApp. I had a few top choices that I was speaking with via WhatsApp but these folks knocked it out of the park. They’re profressional, personable, and incredibly good at what they do. My new smile has been in place for about a month now and my life has been forever changed by the time I spent with the folks at Maltepe Dental Clinic. If you’re still on the fence about your decision, let this be the comment that puts you over the edge. I was ready for a big change… My sister Recommended Maltepe Dental clinic. I made a special trip to Istanbul to accomplish this dream. I live in the US and was amazed by the professional facility that followed the full process and made it so simply to do. From the fist visit I knew I was in good hands. Selma (patient coordinator) that followed me at fist, showed me around and we immediately started the process. My Doctor Mr. Mehmet Can Basgil is one of the most gentle dentist I have ever met. You can trust his professional advice, Opinion and very esthetic eye to make your Teeth feel better in terms of comfort and durability. I highly recommend this facility From very easy to extremely complicated dental work. Another very important factor, the cost. So affordable!!!!! My experience with Maltepe Dental Clinic must be of the major highlights of my trip to Turkey. From the outset, I had the good fortune of meeting one of the best BDMs, Ayoub, who not only is one of the kindest people I've ever met, but was professional, thorough and extremely helpful every step of the way - the process was nearly 9 months long as I went through a major dental overhaul, two phases and two trips. Thank you, Ayoub. The Doctor, Dr. Basak Satik, was top notch, hardworking and patient. I had to go through multiple iterations, requiring quite a bit of trials and I've never seen her buckle or tire. I extend my utmost gratitude and thanks to Dr. Basak. I walked away from this experience with new friends and I shall return when needed with no hesitation. I highly recommend this practise. The information, care and treatment is exceptional. The medical staff are highly professional and caring towards patients. Everyone else at the the clinic were very friendly and I was well looked after. No language barriers or difficulties in communication as the staff speaks most languages. A translator can be present if needed tho I found no problem talking to the dentist. It is so high tech - makes our dentists in the UK look prehistoric. The in house lab allowing for closer involvement in the design and finish as well as benefitting of a way shorter treatment time. The clinic is modern, beautiful and clean 10/10 I can honestly say that the experience was perfect from beginning to end. I did my research before committing to getting veneers here. My original thought was that I was going to get 10 veneers up top and 10 on bottom. But upon seeing the doctor, she recommended that I did not need 20 veneers, my teeth were perfect as is, and that 4 veneers was possible for my minor imperfections, if I really wanted to go ahead with my decision. It was nice knowing that Maltepe Dental Clinic is an ethical clinic and not just trying to squeeze money out of their customers. I am so happy with the final look of my teeth, 4 veneers is not alot but you’d be surprised how much of a difference they make. I’d recommend anybody to come to MDC. I had my teeth done with them a couple weeks, and I didn’t want to go a review straight away, I waited a couple weeks to see maybe there will be an issue or something. But my god I love my teeth, no pain at all. All staff and dentist are soo professional and the clinic itself is spotless. I’ve never went to a dentist in my life because I’ve always been scared. I searched and read reviews for loads of cosmetic dentists and stumbled across Maltepe. The service was fantastic from quotation to picking me up at the airport to the actual procedure everything was clear and quick. I had 14 zirconium crowns fitted and they look absolutely amazing and natural! They have turned out better than pics I’ve seen from other dentists in Turkey. When I was twelve my front tooth was knocked out. I’ve spent the last 12 years in a dental chair because of composite constantly falling out, getting a veneer but it not being set correctly, then to two crowns…one a much darker shade than my other teeth and the second a terrible shape, also a darker shade, and then cracked within a couple weeks. (Not to mention so expensive!!) Now Im studying in Istanbul and I was hesitant to get the crown replaced in Turkey because I’ve never had dental work done here. But I found MDC and had the best experience ever. They were highly communicative, gentle, and everything was clean and beautiful. Also, the price was a fraction of the cost in America and the work they did was soo so good. My new crown looks like a real tooth and matches the rest of my teeth perfectly! I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now I went to this clinic earlier this month and I was treated by Dr Bashak (satik).  I have to say firstly I flew in from London so I hadn’t met her beforehand. My experience was absolutely amazing. I had a crown at the front Of my mouth that had come out so I was worried that it wouldn’t match or you’d be able to tell especially as it was the front of my mouth. She is such a perfectionist so Kind and gentle. She made all the adjustments I wanted. and the tooth is a perfect match. In fact, it’s his way better than one I had put in here in the UK which even though he was a nice guy unfortunately, you can tell the difference. Really happy with the result that I received. My dentist was friendly and very detail oriented. She speaks excellent English and cares that are patients are never in pain; she was happy to ask the lab technicians to make even very small changes so that the final result would match my expectations. The only issue I had is with the clinic organisation/timeliness, which was poor - most of my appointments did not start at the scheduled times and I was sat around waiting for hours with limited or no information on when I would be seen. I have used Maltepe Dental Clinic since 2019. I have had extensive dental  work done by this clinic including implants, crowns, and extractions. The work has been of excellent quality. I am very happy with my Hollywood smile 😃 . The dentists are very experienced, facilities faultles and I can honestly say I was not in any discomfort whilst work was being carried out. The dentists and supporting staff speak several languages and spoke to me in English throughout explaining the procedures at every stage. My travel from London to Istanbul was easy and the hotels  recommended by the clinic were very reasonably priced. The clinic co-ordinator arranged transfers from the airport and to the clinic. He  communicated with me throughout my stay in Turkey and even when I got back to London. I was sceptical to go abroad to get complicated dental procedures. However,  Maltepe Dental Clinic made this very easy. The clinic's prices are transparent and you will not get any surprises. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely continue to use in future. I recommended to a few of colleagues and they have travelled to Istanbul and are happy with Maltepe dental clinic. My last work was carried out by the clinic in July 2023 and I am very satisfied so far with this. If you are going abroad to get dental work  Maltepe is a trusted and an excellent clinic to use.
