As a renowned dental clinic in the field of dentistry, Maltepe Dental Clinic has been serving patients from 35+ countries for more than a decade. Our clinic maintains the highest quality standards by using the best quality materials, employing highly experienced dentists and operating an in-house lab. However, in very rare cases, there might be some minor issues with your dental treatment. Our clinic is proud to provide a transparent guarantee policy for the patients having such small problems. In the event of any issues, Maltepe Dental Clinic will contribute towards the cost of your travel expenses up to the single value of 150 Euro*. If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment (please check the list below), our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic. In cases of small adjustments, we will make a single (one time) contribution to you having corrective treatment in your home country.
Please do not confuse guarantee periods with the life expectancy of your treatment. Your treatments will last more if they are taken care of properly.

Most of the clinics claim to provide a lifetime guarantee for dental implants. However, based on our experience, most of them imply only the material breaking or fracturing guarantee, which is given by the implant company by default. In our case, while the Implant screw itself is guaranteed against fracturing or breaking for a lifetime, we also offer a guarantee for the treatment for 10 years. If the Dental Implant fails in 10 years (Global statistics show around a 5% failure rate), we will replace it once without any charge (given that no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment).
Dental Crowns are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for 5 years. If your crowns require minor repairs such as a white composite restoration or re-cementing, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
Dental Bridges are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for 5 years. If your bridges require minor repairs such as a white composite restoration or re-cementing, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
Dental Laminate Veneers are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for 3 years. If your veneers require minor repairs such as a white composite restoration or re-bonding, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
Dental Fillings are guaranteed against falling away from your natural tooth for 3 year. If your dental fillings require minor repairs, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 30 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
Dental Inlays and Onlays are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for 3 years. If your dental inlays/onlays require minor repairs such as a white composite restoration or re-cementing, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
Dentures are guaranteed against breakages for 2 year. If your dentures require minor repairs, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.
If no problem is encountered that might cause to invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, our clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem upon your visit to our clinic.
If you have started the treatment in another dental clinic, and we have been requested to complete the procedure, please note that our clinic was unable to monitor the whole treatment process. Therefore, due to possible disputes with other dentists/clinic, our clinic is unable to provide any form of guarantee.
Due to our in-house lab advantage, you can easily pick the colour and shape you like for your smile makeover treatments. Before the fitting procedure, we will ask your opinion and permission to fit the restoration (veneers/crowns, etc.). Once you make the final decision, your restorations will be fitted. Maltepe Dental Clinic cannot be held responsible for any decision change of the patient after the fitting.
Occasionally teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridgework, resulting in the need for root canal treatment afterwards. Maltepe Dental Clinic will do necessary root canal treatments based on the current condition. If any other root canal treatment is needed within a month after your treatment, Maltepe Dental Clinic will make a single maximum contribution of 100 Euro towards you having the issue resolved in your home country. After 1 month from the treatment, Maltepe Dental Clinic is not liable for any issues/additional root canal treatment needs that were not foreseeable or predictable at the time of treatment.
Due to the nature of the human body, we are unable to provide any form of guarantee for Root Canal Treatment.
*Travel expense contribution is one time only and valid solely for implant, crown and veneer treatment. It will also not be given to the patients who chose the option to have the issue resolved at home and already received a contribution for the home repair option.
